SMS Terms (Text Messaging Program)
Program description. KARE Legacy Group, LLC operates a text messaging program for people who ask to hear from us. Depending on how you opted in, messages may include appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, requested documents or resources, service updates, and occasional educational or promotional messages regarding estate planning, life insurance, and legacy preservation.
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from us when you submit a form on our website that includes your mobile number and check the box consenting to text messages; when you give us your mobile number verbally or in writing during a consultation and agree to be texted; or when you text us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any good or service. We message only numbers that have opted in, and we do not purchase or rent telephone number lists.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and the type of messages you opted into. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to each message sent or received. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
How to opt out. You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will then stop messaging you. You may also opt out by emailing us or telling us during any call. Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email and does not affect any service agreement you have with us.

Carriers and delivery. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and most other United States carriers. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or text messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely by KARE Legacy Group, LLC to deliver the messages you requested. We may share it only with the messaging service providers that transmit messages on our behalf, and only to the extent necessary to deliver those messages; those providers are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Confidentiality. Text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, or legal information by text. Sending a text message does not create an attorney-client relationship, and messages sent to us are not privileged.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of this Website.
